We are offering an invitation to practice the process of "noticing, meeting and inviting" our experiences through the expressive arts and mindfulness. Mindfulness practice is a journey, a process that allows you to experience a different state of being, more fully alive to yourself and your experience in the world. An encounter with mindfulness through creative expression invites playfulness and a spirit of curiosity about ourselves and others.
