We believe that our history, our perspectives, critical thinking and how we interact with others form the foundation of our relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, those in our community and even strangers. We are offering an invitation to practice the process of "noticing, meeting and inviting" our experiences through the expressive arts and mindfulness. Mindfulness practice is a journey, a process that allows you to experience a different state of being, more fully alive to yourself and your experience in the world. An encounter with mindfulness through creative expression invites playfulness and a spirit of curiosity about ourselves and others.
