Arts + Mindfulness Coaching

Details for one-on-one coaching sessions (In-person or via Zoom)

Mindful awareness practices are blended with visual art, movement, writing, and music to support your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

One-on-one Arts + Mindfulness sessions are ideal for adults who are experiencing anxiety, chronic pain, burnout, performance anxiety, or are interested in pursuing new creative approaches to self-care and personal growth. Emily is committed to offering inclusive and brave space for all, especially those who identify as people of color or members of the queer community.

No previous artistic experience is required.

What to Expect

Coaching services include:
 

  • weekly one-on-one sessions tailored to address your circumstances and personal goals
     

  • assessments that encourage you to reflect on your personality, past experiences, habits, and how you interpret your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and environment
     

  • artistic practices, mindfulness techniques, reading assignments, and journal assignments to practice in between sessions

Cost

Details for one 75-minute session

Private coaching fee is $75 per 75-minute session. Reduced-fee options may be possible for those experiencing financial hardship. Payment Options include cash, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.

Emily Olson

Arts + Mindfulness Coach

Over the course of her 25-year career as a musician, teacher, and arts administrator, Emily has cultivated a holistic approach to mindful awareness by integrating music, sound, movement, writing, storytelling, and visual art with meditation practices from multiple wisdom traditions. Emily's interest in the role of expression and mindfulness in health and wellness has led to certifications in Therapeutic Music, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training, Trauma & Body-Based Awareness, and Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies.
