Arts + Mindfulness Coaching

in-person or via Zoom

Mindful attention is woven together with visual art, movement, writing, and music to support your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well‑being.

One-on-one Arts + Mindfulness sessions are designed for adults navigating anxiety, chronic pain, burnout, or performance-related stress, as well as those seeking new creative pathways for self‑care and personal growth. Emily is committed to offering an inclusive, brave space for all, with particular care for people of color and members of the queer community.

No previous artistic experience is required.

What to Expect

for ongoing clients

Coaching services may include:

  • individualized sessions tailored to your circumstances and personal goals

  • reflective assessments that explore your personality, past experiences, habits, and the ways you relate to your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and environment

  • creative practices, mindfulness techniques, reading selections, and journaling prompts to explore between sessions

Cost

75-minute sesions

The fee for private coaching is $150 per 75‑minute session. Reduced‑fee options may be available for those experiencing financial hardship. Payment options include cash, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.

Curious about getting started? Your first Arts + Mindfulness session is offered at no charge. You’ll have the chance to try a few practices and talk with Emily about shaping an approach that feels right for you, with no obligation to continue.

Arts + Mindfulness Coach

Across her 25‑year career as a musician, teacher, and arts administrator, Emily has developed a holistic approach to mindful awareness by integrating music, sound, movement, writing, storytelling, and visual art with meditation practices from multiple wisdom traditions. Her interest in the connection between expression, embodiment, and well‑being has led to certifications in Therapeutic Music, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training, Trauma & Body‑Based Awareness, and Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies.
