Flute Performance

Service Description

Emily is a seasoned and versatile performer with a 20-year career in music as a free-lance flutist in Southeast Michigan. She performs regularly with the Ann Arbor, Flint, and Saginaw Bay Symphony Orchestras and the Michigan Sinfonietta, as well as for Ann Arbor Civic Theatre and Encore Musical Theatre Company productions. Summer performances have brought Emily to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where she has appeared with the Pine Mountain Music Festival and Strings on the Bay chamber music series. Emily is available to play flute, alto flute, and/or piccolo as a soloist, chamber musician, pit orchestra member, or in the flute section of a classical orchestra. Chamber ensembles for weddings, church services, or special events may be arranged for Flute & Harp, Flute & Piano, Flute with Strings, or other combinations upon request. Price varies based on the number and length of services, instrumentation, and union scale. Payment may be made with cash, checks made payable to “Emily Olson,” Venmo, or CashApp. Please inquire for more information about rates and availability.
